Remove the air intake hose and spray some carb cleaner in there while it's running. Short sprays of carb cleaner otherwise the engine will shut off because of lack of air. It will bog down the engine for a second, but I've done this many times on mine and it's helped.

I say this as putting a Waggy grille and headlight assembly on my 96 Cherokee should be the same as you putting the Cherokee on oyur Waggy. It was a direct bolt on and the lighting harness pigtails were all the same too.

I've got a 93 XJ with pro comp 4" leafs in the back and rusty's 3.5" coils up front. pretty much stock otherwise. Pro comp ext shocks too. I did the 97 door conversion but it took me a while to find the window mechanism at the jy so i had the glass taped in for a while. This made it hard to diagnose noises while driving. Now, whenever i brake really hard this noise that sounds like my tire contacting plastic or someting kept happening. I assumed it was exactly that, the tire hitting something. After i just installed the window cranks last week and drove with the window down for the first time, i noticed that noise is acctually comeing from the rear axle. I think its probably because i have no SYE or Tcase drop yet. Just figured i'd ask. Thanks

Is there a way to tell if a Chrysler 8.25 is 29 spline with out digging in to it? Its off a 99 is it definitely a 29 spline if its a 99?
Looking at grabbing an extra axle transfer and tcase for 200$ off craigslist and wanted to know. Thanks.

After I posted that I Googled it. The search on the cf app (for android) doesn't ever work for some reason.
As soon as I figure out a way to haul it. I got a tcase trans and 8.25 for a 99 (115k) for 200... sweet.

Was about to do a coolant flush on my 04 WJ and realized the service manual says not to exceed 14-18 psi. I know residential is a lot higher than that. What's everyone else doing on their WJs?

So I recently looked at my wheel bearings on my 89 Laredo, which are shot and destroyed. I'm trying to take my hub assembly out. This is on the passenger side. Caliper, rotor, and wheel studs are off already. The 2 or 3 bolts have been removed but the last top bolt holding my hub assembly is rusted in and the head on the bold is completely stripped. I have my extracting kit but so far they are barely drilling through. I got mad and decided to try and destroy the outer hub assembly by trying to chisel everything out. Idk what to do anymore. Any suggestions???
