Realistically, it's just the system Jeep uses to designate their vehicles.

Thinking of getting a 3" RC lift. Is it a good lift? Do y'all think it will look good on my jeep?>>> I want a 4 1/2" lift but it's more expensive and plus I'm keeping these 30" tires. Tell me how you guys think both lifts would look>>

even though the price tag is tempting aal's are not the answer.
the kit doesn't offer longer brake lines, front sway bar discos, or track bar options.
the need for a sye kit is jeep by jeep but good rule of thumb is 3 inch and up will need it eventually, and a t-case drop kit is only a band-aid that robs ground clearance.
research everything...
good luck

Thanks! My rear springs don't look saggy at all. The back sits a little higher than the front. So add a leaf might not be that bad temporarily. I want the leaf pack but im on a budget. Eventually Ill add the sway bar disconnects too. Had it on my old TJ and it was awesome. So would this kit be a better option since it has track bars? Or does it make a difference since the bars in this kit dont adjust? http://www.roughcountry.com/jeep_xj_3x.html

If your rear leaf springs are sagging any, you may want to save up and get full leaf packs. I went add a leaf and I am very happy with it. Adjustable track bar or track bar relocation bracket, a t case drop will probably be fine, it may not even need a tcase drop or a sye, every jeep is different

Do I need adjustable track bars, or the SYE kit, or the transfer case drop bracket? I keep getting diff answers from people I know so maybe someone on here has a solid answer for me or is running the same kit. Thanks.

I didnt need an sye, tc drop, adustable trac bar, ext brake lines (didnt even rebend), and i wheel the dog snot out my rig. Just goes to show how different the tolerences can be. Start simple and work out the bugs as u go.
