Put in 784 injectors in today, Reset the computer, now she runs terrible?! and when I got home from driving around check engine light went on.
From what I can describe only as running super rich, is this just something the computer will work out over the next couple days? or is there something more serious going on?

Strange electrical problem.
During the process I needed to get a tool from the back and I opened the rear hatch. When I was done and I started the jeep up I now have a light on the dash that says the rear hatch is open and my rear ceiling speakers don't work. The hatched is closed but the problems remain.
Any suggestions where to start looking.

I have the exact same problem, and it's intermittent. The carpets on the passenger side floor pan will be soaking wet, the rest of the floor bone dry. WTF? I checked door gasket, windshield rubber, heater core, heater hoses, etc. It doesn't happen when I'm in the truck, only when it is raining and I'm not in the vehicle.
I'm going to pull the carpets, drill a couple of drain holes and shoot undercoating on the floor.

Considering this happens to you only when it's raining, this suggests its not condensation from an AC line, and may be rain (unless you also only run the AC when its raining). You may want to investigate the cowl in front of the passenger's side to see if there are any leaks allowing water to enter the cabin air intake.

Since December, this is my first "older" vehicle... So I try to be extra careful with it I guess.
I do have a check engine light on as well but couldn't get it to show me the code last night, tried everything I found online about have the dash show me. I am guessing that since it is running bad with in adaptive mode it throws the code? Will that also clear when it doesn't run retarded?

Your cabin air comes from a cowl behind the firewall which pulls air from scoops in front of the windshield. On the drivers side there is a vent so air can enter this cowl, while on the passenger's side there should be solid plastic to prevent water from entering the cabin air intake, which is also on the passengers side.
Considering this happens to you only when it's raining, this suggests its not condensation from an AC line, and may be rain (unless you also only run the AC when its raining). You may want to investigate the cowl in front of the passenger's side to see if there are any leaks allowing water to enter the cabin air intake.
