Thanks for the input, I will put it back together in the morning and spray some PB on it while it's running and see if it goes away. It's 109* out right now, I prefer to do it when it's 95*. =Burning alive!

Are all shackles the same as far as build quality, or are some better than others? I don't know if brand matters here.

Dash
I was looking at my dash gauge cluster last night, and noticed that i have "Full-time" and "Part-time" 4x4 lights on the upper right, but I have the np231 command trac TC which is 2H-4H-N-4L, so I don't have FT and PT functions? Do I have the wrong dash?
help
i am building my first jeep and i just put in my 4.7 stroker and i am having a issues. it fires up fine but after it warms up while i am driving down the road it sputters, shakes and cuts off i can fire back up and drive but the longer i drive the worse it gets intell after i fire it back up it cuts off when i hit the gas. The check engine light comes up timing/miss fire/bad cps. so I changed the CPS and it still doing it. all i changed was the injectors to 24lb before install. any help would be great?

Just installed a 2" lift. No sue or tc drop. I was driving fine and no bid deal, then all the sudden I start hearing a popping sound. I'm about to crawl under and feel for play in my suspension. But what are you guys thinking? U-joints?
