Anything can be replaced. Did you try to bash it out with you BFH? Is it the back or the front? Is it rubbing the tires or anything?

The inside stuff is all welded in. You might be kinda screwed.

You can get away with bashing it into place but nothing is ever going to line up right. Just a heads up. I've been in the body work business.

Well you might got lucky. But like I said your inert apron is jacked. You can search on line for one.
You want to look up "driver side inner apron"
You also may need a core support. We need some pics to see what your really gonna need.

Has anyone done a radio/speaker upgrade or replacement? I use my jeep as my DD as well and I would like to upgrade. Any suggestions?

head unit is easy - just grab an install kit and wiring adapter so you can just plug it into the factory harness. I highly recommend Crutchfield for ordering stuff from - top notch kits and service.

Speakers are easily up-gradable also. Stock your jeep has 5.25" speakers. Any aftermarket 5.25" speaker will just plug and play.

I personally stuck 6.5" speakers in my doors and rear soundbar - fitting them was easy in the soundbar (just a little trimming), but the doors took a lot of creative "massaging" to get them to fit.
