Fan Clutch
So I replaced my fan clutch a few months ago and now it's chirping like crazy, bought and expensive one too. So I have to go and get a new one and take the old one back. Anyone know the right napa part number for a heavy duty grand cherokee one that will work for my 94 XJ?

The 272310 is the one from a grand cherokee, its also the one from the 2.5L because it does not have an electrical fan I believe. Just picked it up, had them compare the 2 they had and this one is definitely beefier. Thanks for the help.

engine tick at startup
Hope I'm in the right place for this question.
Just bought a 2000 grand cherokee laredo 4wd 6 cyl. Has great oil pressure(according to the gauge). My only problem, is on startup cold, it has a tick that sounds like a lifter. After a two minute idle, it tends to go away. You can still hear it if you listen very closely, but very light. It is almost like when heat starts building up, it quietens it down. It doesn't change on oil pressure, as that builds up quick. No miss that I can tell. After driving it, you don't hear it the rest of the day unless it sits for several hours. As stated, I am new to the jeep and hoping someone can offer some insights.
Thanks,
Errol

Cluster of lights on the dash
I am the older woman that had her engine throw a rod..(I still do not know why???) Finally found a compatable engine and had it put in..Now, there are NO lights on the cluster panel.I don't know how fast I am going, how much oil pressure, heat gauge, NOTHING!!!! Just a blank screen..Could the installation of the engine have caused that or maybe the person installing the engine did not hook up something correctly??? As usual, I am yelling HELP!!!!
89 cherokee problems
my jeep shuts off when you drive it around for a little bit. so if you start it cold it will drive for 10 some minutes then it starts shutin off an only gets worse the more you drive.
