Should present just enough resistance that you'd think the other end is some sorted of cupped or bladed assembly trying to push water around... lol otherwise if it spins 100% freely you're screwed, if it doesn't move you're screwed

What about the noise it makes when I spin it? I don't remember it sounding like that when I installed it.

I've had 2 autozone pumps fail on me no more than 1 yr each. I'm happy I went with OEM on my last one but crap too expensive. When you put it back together do you see any wobble in the WP. That could be te noise you're heaing

Looking to do a fluid change on my 99 Cherokee Dana 30 front Diff and would like to know what Gear oil I should use. I've seen different weights used when I googled it. What is Actually recommend to use. What would be Best to use. Or is a lighter weight better or a heavier weight better.

K reason I ask is because stock links would probably break on you upon removing them. I'll see if I come across the write up for custom quick discos. It has been done for sure

ok so a couple weeks ago my jeep wouldnt start. pop the hood, my battery and terminals look TERRIBLE. so i go to the store, get a new battery and new terminals (cause it couldnt HURT the situation) get home, install, go to turn the key and it makes this scary noise and theres smoke. so i called a tow truck. got it towed and fixed. 300 bucks later turns out i had a short in my alternator wiring harness. Now its a week later and all is well until i try to go to work this morning, dead battery. F*CK! so i try jumping it. it has absolutly no affect. so i dont know what to do. im honestly about to sell it for scrap. all the money i put into it on the monthly basis i could be putting towards a car payment for something NICE. please help.

Yes. It is a hassle to do it under the jeep though.

Still have to take the u bolts off too and the bands around then as well. Still requires lifting her up and putting jack stands under her
