The gap will increase as they wear down. I wouldn't start with a bigger gap than it needs.

Hey everyone, quick question. Does it matter if which way the thermostat is facing?

Well I just changed the water pump and the thermostat housing gasket (thermostat is only a month old so I didn't change it) and it got up to about 230-240 idling, 210 while cruising. Maybe still air in the system? It's about 100* out right now. ZJ fan clutch installed.

This is the bolt that connects your leaf springs to your shackles. It will most definitely be cheaper at the dealer

All the leaf spring bolts are M14 x 2.0 pitch x 120mm long, class 10.9, flange head, nipple tip.
