I know that's true of windows, and that's why I asked. Not sure about locks. Check fuses first. Then verify good connectivity of you driver door wires with a multimeter.

Well my driver doors doesn't have the plug in it yet, the wires are cut and taped. Only the passenger has the plug. But not even the passenger is working anymore. Didn't think the driver door affected the back windows but maybe it does?

All windows go through the driver door. Like I said, I'm not sure about the locks.

Which headlight upgrade for 2000 xj? Sealed sylvania silverstar or "projector type" housings that you can replace bulbs? Not looking for hid or xenon or any high end, exotic, or expensive system. Has anyone done these? Thanks! Edit: Any suggestions are appreciated.

I知 planning to install 4 pairs of off-road lights on my roof rack (2 forward, 2 rear, 2 left, 2 right) and switch each pair separately with 4 switches I plan to install in the overhead console. I also plan to feed those 4 switches from a keyed safety switch to prevent accidentally turning the lights on. I知 no electrician, but I have a fair grasp of the concepts involved (I think) and have drawn up a wiring diagram of what I think it will take to get it done. I would have inserted/attached it here but I couldn稚 figure out how (forgot to mention I知 a complete noob to threads).
What I知 hoping is that there is someone out there who knows automotive electrical and would be willing to take a look at my diagram and let me know if it will work, safely, and as intended. If you can help, please let me know and I値l email you the diagram.
In the meantime I知 also looking for answers to the following related questions:
What fuse (and how) would you tap into to get "always on" power to new switches (power even when ignition is off)?
What fuse (and how) would you tap into to get "accessory" power new switches (power only when ignition is on)?
What fuse (and how) would you tap into to get power to new switches only when headlights and/or parking lights are on?
Is it possible to add 4 relays & 4 fuses inside the factory Power Distribution Center under the hood? And if so; how would it be done?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
BTW - My Jeep is a 94 Cherokee SE 2 door, 4.0, automatic, 4WD (I don't know if any of that is needed information for my questions, but thought I would throw it out there just in case.)
Thanks
