Before you spend all that money check something more common like the fuses, then pull apart the center section of the dash and check the blower motor resistor. It's a 4-position resistor fed by the fan speed switch and burns out.

to get the spray in there you're going to need to remove the fabric, which destroys it. Prepare to redo your headliner! Fabric isn't terribly expensive. Many threads on here documenting the process

don't even need to take it apart - just reach up underneath

This guy in the middle is split down the side, could that be casting the splatter? It looks like it could be oil.

Looks like the vacuum line run from the CCV elbow at the back of the valve cover. There should be some oil in there but not too much. Are all the hoses/elbows/fittings attached to your valve cover in good condition? They need to be clear

P0123 tps high voltage code.
Changed spark plugs, coil , both sensors on back of throttle body and continued to get code along with late shifting "jerky" tranny.
So I disconnected clock spring as suggested on older posts. I drove it and so far no check engine light and no transmission slipping or jerking.
Can I keep the clock spring disconnected or do I have to replace clock spring and reconnect. I am thinking the problem is the combined horn clock spring tps ground and not sure what to correct. Thanks

If you're going through the trouble of replacing it, may as well be a new part - I'd recommend from a dealer for a part like that.
here's a writeup on what's involved
