XJ dana 30 front axle replacement
I have a 2001 Jeep XJ with a Dana 30 up front. I bent it in an unfortunate accident, and the place I am having replace it told me it would be 1200 to get one from a junkyard and replace it. I pulled a Dana 30 with the same gear ratio out of a 93. Will this axle work in my 01? Thank you

Not only will it work, it will be an upgrade, as it is a HP (High pinion)
double check front drive shaft length, I think they are the same between LP and HP

Vacuum disco on XJs ended in 1991. Wranglers had it for a few years after. Maybe til 95.
Even if it was disco, that can be bypassed in 10 minutes.....
