My high beam indicator works fine. If you want the blinker indicators to work with LEDs (in your tail lights or your cluster) you will have to swap your load-dependent flasher relay for an electronic relay. The speed with which your blinkers blink is based on the load placed on the circuit which is why they blink faster when you have a bulb out. The extremely small load placed on the circuit by the LEDs prevents the relay from flashing. Electronic relays aren't dependent on load.

The switches are held in with 3 screws. Unplug all of them and the cig lighter then do the same to the lights like the hvac. There are two lights for the defroster and fogs, one to illuminate the actual switch and one to illuminate a small light when the switch is pressed. The larger light is the one you want to switch, the smaller one can't be changed, no matter what color you put in it will stay orange or green.

Remove the panel covering the radio hvac etc, grab the bottom an pull. hvac is held in with 4 screws then the cover is held on with clips, simply use a small flat head but slide the dials for temp and such off. There are two lights on the bac that was white, use pliers to spin them a quarter turn.
