It was a dealer installed accessory. I snagged one at the junkyard.

haha, I came late in the game. I’m surprised you replied to me. I’m restoring my grandpa jeep, and he has that same plastic deflector but his got broken. So please check if you still have it in ur barn and if it’s turn to be a genuine Mopar part in mint condition, I would gladly buy it from you. It’s black plastic, right?

I'm not the one that posted having it... Just pointing out the timeframe in case you missed it and expected a reply... Look closely, the one you show isn't like the above pieces.. The factory accesory part was more like a pedistal spoiler and didn't fasten on the ends..Finding one to fit your existing hatch holes will be a tough job... Most like that {plastic} didn't survive back there...I"ve had them on K5 blazers/GMC Jimmys but those were there because the rear window dropped into the tailgate...And without them you got a dose of exhaust fumes every time you tried to run with the back window down...

I have to admit I would like to install one on my 99 Chevy Tahoe because it doesn't have rear wipes. I other words It's you vehicle, Install it if you want it.

My answer to the original question is "yes" because I have an Orvis & it was part of the package. I mention that because it is obviously OEM - & doesn't look anything like those that appear in earlier posts; nor does it negate the need for a rear wiper!
