XJ Facelift Help
So, I've been seeing newer XJ's around town more frequently that have the better looking front end and fender flares, and now I want my '93 to look like that. I've found the parts, but I'm wondering if they even fit the older models! I've searched the forum, but haven't come across anything solid. Some people say yes, others say no....What's the right answer?
One other thing I wanna ask is for the rear flares. I noticed the end caps wrap all the way around the side to the flare. My brother and I are planning to make some tube fenders sometime, so do those caps attach to the bumper or factory flare?

Most of the part will bolt right on the only problem is that they won't line up with the original body lines. As for the bumper end caps the mount to the bumper and not the fender.

Whole front cap has to be changed, including the hood, as far as I know. You'll need to change the tailgate, taillights, all bumpers and flares.
'97 and up is not better looking, imo. I like the chiseled look over the soft, roundy look.

To me, it looks a little better, plus it seems better designed with the headlight bezels and all. Mine are pretty well junk, the header panel is broken in places and the screw holes stripped from the PO. Don't get me wrong, I still really like the more classic look
