XJ Front Seat Bolts
Are the 13mm bolts that hold the front seats to the floor as notorious for breaking during removal as are the bolts holding the rear shocks in place? The bolts to the rear of the seats have a little surface rust on the heads but nothing massive (actually one is a nut on a stud).

It happens but I don't think to often.
Be aware that not only can you soak them inside the Jeep but can get at a couple outside underneath to.
So soak them there too.
The stud one most likely will not be a problem.

If the rear seat track bolt breaks its not a big issue. Grab some vice grips and just unscrew the leftover bolt sticking out of the bottom of the jeep then replace the bolt.
