xj heat problem
I have looked everywhere for the answer to this and I thought joining this site would be my best bet for an answer after almost 2 months of searching. I'm new to this, so if anyone knows anything I would greatly appreciate it.
My 93 Cherokee Sport will not blow any air at all. no A/C or heat. I have just replaced the wire harness to the whole unit, new fan switch, blower motor, replaced resistor and checked all the fuses. Still no heat.
Originally, my blower motor went out. Right after replacing it, everything was fine, everything worked. Idk what happened but I was going to the store, turned the fan down to low, from high instead of turning the entire thing to 'off' and when I came out from the store about an hour later, no heat.

Welcome to the forum.
Well, there is a thread atm within the last 20 that's exactly like yours, might wanna search (again).
Harness/wiring got disconnected?
You replaced virtually all the components, you shut it of while it was working, and its no longer working after that.
I would visually inspect for loose components, also checking for melted/fried parts.

Thank you.
I am looking through as much as I can right now. Thanks for the input.
When I got the new blower motor and resistor, I had to replace that pigtail connector for the fan switch. The previous resistor went out and fried it.
I'll be out in the garage tomorrow to double check everything. Any idea on specific areas to check?

I checked all my connections and they're all good. I read that thread and it's similar but I've already replaced the resistor. I guess it wouldn't hurt to get another.
My turn signals work like normal.

I used a voltmeter to make sure everything was getting power, and all was good.
I did replace the control head with a used one, but it was working at first. I still have my old one, I only replaced it because it had a crack in the front. I could put the old one back in and see if that's the problem.
Is there a way to test it or check it out to make sure before I go tearing my dash apart again?

I tried to use three different control units, and none of them worked. I have already tried three different switches as well.
Does anyone know where I can find a wring diagram for the circuit?

Here's a few diagrams of the AC Heat control circuit, for both the '93 and the '94. The '94 appears to be the same as the '93 but I haven't studied them closely to see if there's any differences.
'93 AC Heat Control:
'94 AC Heat Control:
'94 Fuse Panel (may be the same as the '93. Fuse 5, 25 amp, feeds the AC Heat control system on both AC Heat Control diagrams. Note that fuse 8 (Turn Signals) is coupled with fuse 5 so that's why I think Cruiser54 asked if your turn signals worked:
