Default XJ jerking/lurching issue

Hello all, hopefully someone can help me out.
I've been chasing an issue with my XJ where at certain RPM's either when parked or when driving (around 1300 and 2500 RPM) The Jeep jerks (only when driving), RPM drops, and it backfires. I have a p1391 code coming up. Funny thing is, I was driving it every day for a period of 3 weeks to work when I started my new job, I parked it and started driving my daily (91 hunk o' junk Ranger). Went to drive it to the store about a month back, and it started having that issue, it sat parked for about 2 months occasionally moving it for driveway access.

Little background, It's a 99 XJ, and I have a 4.7L Stroker in it, less than 5000 miles on it since build 2 years ago.

Here are things that I have done to try to solve this issue:
New 255LPH fuel pump (HFP)
New Crankshaft Position Sensor (Mopar) Still having P1391 code after replacement
New O2 Sensors
New Catalytic Converter (high flow amazon special)
New Spark Plugs (NGK)
New MAP (autozone)
New TPS (autozone)
New Plug Wires (Autozone)
New Distributor rotor (autozone)
New Battery (Costco)
I have checked all vacuum lines, all the wires seem good. The plug that goes into the ignition coil has exposed copper on the two wires, but I have since electrical taped those so that they won't touch.

Some interesting things I noticed yesterday:
I can unplug the Distributor Pickup/Camshaft Position Sensor, it stays running, and doesn't change how it idles or remove the jerking
When I pull the hose that goes from intake manifold to the PCV valve, and then plug the hole with my finger, it will try to stall, but then run fine, seemingly smoother.
I can wiggle all wiring harness wires and nothing changes.
I'm considering buying new injectors seeing how that helps.

Does anyone have any ideas, suggestions, or recommendations?

Update: new Camshaft Position Sensor (distributor pickup coil). No changes.

Have you checked distributor timing to verify that it's correct?

Distributor is fine, when I installed it ran terribly because It was originally one tooth too far one direction, i moved it over one, it was good, moved it again it didn't start. so i moved it back. This weekend I'm going to pull the injectors and take a look at them, as well as i'm going to pull the valve cover to look at my rocker arms and valve stems to check for any signs of sticky valves or sticky lifters (there's a slight tick from the front of the block, was there before it started acting up, just gonna check it anyway). Something funny to add, I was talking to one of my co-workers about how I haven't had a gas cap on the jeep for over 2 years, without a gas cap code ever coming up, I joked that maybe that's why it runs like
