The exact same thing happened to me, I JUST got mine running 2 days ago. Check your Crank Position Sensor and the connection. I replace the cps and it started right up.
Every time I tried to start it, it would turn over, and I had fuel pressure. The only thing not working was the coil.

Do you have a digital multi-meter?
I tested the Crank Position Sensor on my son's '91 before I took a chance on replacing it. I got quoted about $100 for the thing, so I made sure before I spent the money.
It was good. Glad I didn't swap it out! (The TPS was completely open, flooding the engine. That's why mine didn't start.)
To test mine, I did a voltage check by backprobing the connector at the PCM. With the key on, but not running, I had 5.02V between the gray wire from the CKP sensor and battery ground. Turning the engine slowly over by hand, I'd see the voltage dip to well under a volt and come back up to 5.02, as a tooth passed the sensor.
Teasing the back shell off of the connector without breaking anything was the trickiest part.
Several things can cause a no spark condition, CKP sensor is one of them.
Are you getting voltage to the coil when the ignition key is On?
