I've got a 1995 XJ and and in the morning time when I crank it up I have to rev it up constantly to keep it from loading up and fouling a plug ..once I get going it does pretty good and doesn't backfire through the throttle body but until i drive it a bit it does backfire. When i drive it around for a while turning it on and off it does ok but it will eventually try to foul a plug on startup so i have to keep reving it up until it clears up...now out of nowhere when im driving it will all the sudden start missing like it has fouled a plug and gears down on me...i let off the gas and just ease it back on and it will eventually stop missing like the plug is fouled and start going like normal..ive replaced the IAC, distributor pickup, tps, and plugs. Ive never replaced the injectors and neither has my brother who had it for years beforw me...do yall think injectors could be causing this strange crap?

Is your MAP sensor located on the throttle body?
If not, that hose/tube from the throttle body to MAP may be cracked.
I sure wouldn't jump on the injectors right away. You can pull codes also...

well that thing has had so much electrical stuff done to it like right now i got 1 hot wire pow a ring the fuse panel in the truck..lol..dont think its gonna show a correct code
