Probably not haha
How much movement am I looking for on the trans mount? I got it in the air today at work, and had my prybar in there and I was able to move it pretty easily and it moved 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch up and down.
Also if it is the trans mount, where can I find a good replacement? I'm having trouble finding one that fits a inline 6 with a 5 speed threw business accounts at work.

I'm starting to think it may be something more serious then a mount. It is more then likely bad, but the vibration got a lot worse and now it feels like the jeep is going to fall apart whenever I drive it. Could the mount being bad mess with my pinion angles when I'm accelerating or anything else?

The vibrating starts as soon as I accelerate pretty much, and goes anyway when I'm in neutral or coasting. An it stays pretty much as violent no matter what speed. It does vibrate more, the harder I accelerate.

That's easy to do in an automatic...more difficult with a manual.
I don't know if you did that, but it means putting the tanny in first gear, e-brake set HARD (Chock the wheels as well.)
GENTLY feed in throttle and slip the clutch, like starting on an uphill grade.
Watch the motor with the hood open.
If the left side mount is bad, there will be a point where a cetain amount of torque will cause the motor to jump up and to the right. Then you know you have a bad mount.
It's otherwise hard to know by looking (unless you actually remove it).
That's how I solved my "bad vibration under load" problem.

I already checked the engine mounts, visually, powerbraking and with a prybar. They are good.
Like I said when I take off, there is usually some kind of thumping sound, it seems to come from behind me or maybe under me? And I checked all of my u joints, about 2 months ago and yesterday and they all look good, no movement.

For testing purposes only you can put a bottle jack under the exhaust and raise it high enough to slip a small block(1 or 2") between the crossmember and the tie in metal part that goes from the exhaust to the tranny mount.
If you can't understand that without a pic let me know and ill get one for you
