I did mine the "Heap of Jeep" way. A small cold chisel and a hammer in sub-zero degree temperatures. Just the way the good Lord intended. Only took like 2 hours. lol.

Old fart with a wrench
If you go to an industrial fastener supply house, you can buy them by the pound. They won't be 12-point, but you can get grade 8 truss-heads which are better for spreading the load. For me here in Syracuse, it's Hiawatha Fasteners on Taft Road.
OH... and don't forget to put anti-seize on the bore so you can get them out the second time!
