It was me. Someone said "rim" when they should have said "wheel".

A lot of this comes from posting on smart phones. Commas, caps and spell check accuracy takes a little extra effort. We are not big on extra effort in this country. And posting a question about a car is not an essay or article for an english test...

All three of those should be bannable offenses, IMO.

Sort of kidding.

Well then that's understandable! lol The one I find kind of fun is the occasional British auto part terminology being criticized once in awhile. Maybe there should be a translation page for those who can't figure it out.

I am joking, of course.

Usually things are pretty easy to decipher when someone misspells a word or uses incorrect grammar. There was a recent post where a guy kept saying "swamped" instead of "swapped" and for a brief moment I wondered if he was messing with me/us and literally meant tossing an engine in a swamp.

I knew that... But see... the example you just gave was probably due to spell check on a smart phone auto filling "swamped" for "swapped". They have an algorithm memory and "user convenience" built in that tends to be politically oriented at times. And "Swamp" is a very well used word right now. Lol

I prefer corn oil because it doesn't tend to smoke as much at a higher temperature. But for flavor you can't beat sesame oil. not even with peanut or other nut oils.

I'm personally a grammatical nerd... always have been... but when posting on a forum... sometimes an extra "n" or "u" etc. or punctuation doesn't happen as expected... no BFD in my book.
And we all have to remember as mentioned in an above post... many will use their smart phones to post...and that is super easy to miss a letter or a comma on.

Switching to caps for "I" instead of "i" on a phone seems to be a real issue. When I see this I know right away why the rest of the entry has issues.

I don't think it's the topic in this as much as it is your insistence and hammering of something that is not really that big of a deal.

I am going to say something in your favor and defense though, You are getting a LOT better about not being as offensive and derogatory as you used to be.
When something turns into this..... I always think of a phrase I learned a long, long time ago in life... "You have to pick your battles in life". Meaning, if you're really going to stand and not give an inch on something and go to town on it... make sure it's something that is worth the effort. There's just too much other crap that life likes to throw our way as it is.

"If I don't have the answer, cruiser does. If cruiser doesn't have it, we'll make one up!"
What does Cruiser say about Zinc levels and/or what oil to run in your stock 4.0?
