Auburn Car repair and offroad will sell you a complete 8.8 31 spline with disc for $250, already pulled. 253-939-5019 You want any EXPLORER 8.8, as they have 31 spline axle shafts.

And as far as getting an 8.8 for $150, that's if you pull one from a junkyard. If I took the time to pull one I wouldn't sell it for what I paid for it either, but I'm saying if you find a junkyard with one, you can probably pull it and buy it for that.

Yes, thank you very much. i am in contact with John from there. They only have 3.55 in stock tho. what is the tstock gears in stock front axle of 1990 xj limited?

I like going to freds towing in enumclaw, talk to mark, jim, or bryan, cherokees everywhere and about five or six 8.8's already out, i built damn near my whole cherokee out of there

for a while i was buying 8.8's for a $100 at pull a part in lynwood and tacoma, and selling them quick for $200 to make some cash, but yeah that is the place to go pull-a-part. i have gotten xj dana 44's from there that place is cheap and has a wide varitey. you could also get 8.8's outa newer rangers so you dont even have to do spring over swap, you just slap them in if the gears match. lol

are pick a part just like u pull its? do i have to remove the axle?

its pull a part. pick a part is different. and yes you pull the axel how else are you gunna get it out?
