With your build thread winding down it finally got pushed to the second page. I thought I would bump it back up with a suggestion. Since you've got your rig all finished up (for now) and it is a nice sunny day why don't you pull it out of the garage and take some nice finished product pics.

I will be with you next time and I can push the snow while you let your tranny cool off...lol. Hey that's also a pretty cool idea of ziptieing the license plate to your roller fare lead...lol...wonder where you got that idea...

Well the ony reason to go front 60 is if you wanna roll big tires. I personally dont see a reason to go any bigger than 35". For the trails
around here that is the most you really need. You pretty much have to link the front just to you can say you've had it in every configuration possible (coil-leaf, leaf-leaf, leaf-coil, and coil-coil).

As soon as I get my SYE and belly skid plate installed on the Jeep, I want to try conquering that hill climb on the Ranier Vista trail at Elbe, again. That hill climb kicked all of our butts last time.....lol!!!........and then there is the Busy Wild to be dealt with too!!

Better make sure it's a dry day if you plan to conquer that hill, I hear it is even worse right now. There has been a ton of traffic at Elbe and the trails are pretty tore up. In some areas the big tire buggies have torn it up so bad that you'll struggle just to make up the bypass for the bypass for the bypass. I have not heard much about the busy, but I am sure it is looking better than ever these days.

How's this thing holding up?? Had it out wheeling lately?? I broke another front shaft Sunday. Just a stocker. First time i've broken the driver side too. I'm pretty sure it broke at the yoke on the stub shaft. Full alloys should be here this week.

so far its holding up good! had it out a few times and beat the **** out of it last weekend and it held up! been doing little things to it lately.
took the doors off. gonna make them removable. i also put some stock rear tj coils in the rear instead of the 4" tj coils i had before. it sits much lower and level now. and not as much body roll
got my limiting straps put on the back finally
and then started on my rear tube fenders.
all thats left to do is finish the fenders and finish the removable doors and im pretty much set for a while.

so heres some pictures from my last trip (NWFest) out with all the new mods.
on our way over chinook pass to little naches
at camp messing around
headed up the trail
letting the girlfriend drive for the first time. she did extremely well for never wheeling
probably my favorite picture from the whole weekend
trip went well although i didnt get to play on the funny rocks or moon rocks due to the time we had left. i only blew up a front shock so all is well!
been pricing out a new front suspension design. probably in october or november i will be building a custom front 3 link w/ panhard and throwing in some 14" FOA coilovers

Man your Jeep just keeps looking better and better. Great work. I remember you saying that your running the bilstein's. Any chance do you know what your Valving is? I've searched for this and keep getting the run around. Any info would be appreciated.

Yes I run bilstein 5100s up front and 5125s in the rear. I believe they come in 2 different valvings. I run the stiffer of the 2. The lighter valved ones are for trucks who want to run dual shocks
