Looking for a stock XJ to build at the present.
Prefer a '90-'98
Edit:
Found a 1996 Country yesterday!
Inside and outside in excellent condition!
Baby 2" lift
Cons: high mileage...220k
Missing fan shroud
Seems to run fine tho!
Color?
I have a ****load of parts ordered:
New 4.5" lift + ACOS front kit, adjustable shackles, LCA drop brackets
Shackle relocation kit
JCR armor and rocker guards, gas tank skid
Tires and wheels 33"
Roof rack
Bumper,9.5k winch
Let the wrenching begin!

Starting to get her built!
RC 4.5" X-series lift. Acos system, RC control arm drop brackets,RC rear shackle relocation brackets with RC shackles.
XRC bumper and winch,Smittybilt defender roof rack.
ProComp Extreme MT, 33x12.50-15
Waiting on my Tom Woods SYE and rear driveline.
Also some JCR sliders, gas tank skid on back order , and just got the rear JCR quarter panel guards in today.
I'm sick of yanking out 21 year old rusted bolts for a lifetime!

what tires do you all like running in the snow and mud that we have here in Montana, snow as in powder on the trail not as much as on road, and need to be able to handle the ice on the trail so you don't slide off the side.

I use v-bar chains on my Dodge 3500.
Not sure what I'm gonna use on the Heep for Ice on the trail, but probably chains.

Better get comfy with your tools!
These things can take a lot of wrenching.
Finished installing my JCR gas tank skid and rear bumper yesterday.
The bumper came bare metal. I primed it then coated it with duplicolor truck bed coating.
Easy to recoat when needed.
The old receiver hitch WASNOT fun to get off!
