Haha, Yeah, believe me, I know how spacious that back cargo area is with the back seat folded down, haha. dang, maybe we should tone it down a bit for the family friendly factor, haha.
Gotta throw down a rug or something though, my cargo area has all sorts of little bits of broken glass, dirt, rocks, sharp objects... Can be dangerous when shirtless/pantless... lol.

I gotta say though, I freakin' love being married, I don't have to go out looking for someone that's down with these kinds of "adventures", all I gotta do is give my wife some roses or chocolate or wine or what ever, haha!

I will agree that Saturday's are usually best for me, and occaisionally I head out for the overnighter. That makes places like crown king, bloody basin, and some others tough because of the length of commute to get there.
I was talking to my buddy about the March run, and will finalize the date on this Sunday. I can then post the trip details to you guys. If you want to make it a day run with us (San Pedro/Redington) you are most welcome.

Haha, I haven't, only a little more than half a year.

The commute is what kills me some times, driving a sway bar-less jeep for 3 hours on the highway is kinda interesting, lol, I need Discos....

Ya, that's why I think I will stick to all the great areas around Tucson for awhile. In 30-45 minutes I can be in several cool areas, and the more I look around, the more options keep popping up. Plus fuel is so damn expensive, I'ld rather spend more time on the trail than the freeway getting there. Of course, its not all that bad with my 3.55's; however that will change in the future.

Still searching for a fuel tank skid....

pick apart wont have them because they have to drain the gas tank of any fluid and instead of just draining it and selling the tank they just puncture the tank to drain it and if there is a skid there they puncture that too and it destroys the skid.

Yeah, the greater Tucson area has all sorts of good stuff. I just play around out by my parents house half the time, they live out in Vail.

Gas Tank Skid is a very valuable piece of steel, I've put mine to use several times, it's a life saver.

It's nice though, I'll be out doing something, slip off of some rock and totally smash my underside hard, and people like "Holy crap dude, you're going to mess up your (gas tank/t-case/whatever)!" and I'm just like "No, I won't..."

Sorry to be away for so long guys but i finally got control over my jeep. After my electrical fire and all that nonsense. I was having a really hard time with a death wobble and after 5 calls to rough country and 3 alignments and 2 mechanics i found out that Rough Country claims that there arms adjust out to 8 inchs of lift but they leave out the part that their trac bar doesn't. So now i am ordering one from Rusty's. Than today just replaced the wheel ball joints on the front axle. Than i swapped out the steering box and steering stabilizer. And tomorrow i get the parts for my jeep oil pan gasket, the rear main seal, and the master cylinder. So its been a fight but at least it is some what drivable so i will be up for the next trip.

But i did find out how good of a burnout a jeep can do i will post the video tomorrow and put the link up i think its a good one.

Yeah i go up there every once in awhile to go to crown king through castle hot springs but i would like to do other trails up there besides those
