Default Stolen Jeep found last night!

Found my jeep last night. It was stolen last Tuesday. Police had her towed to knittle's. Not really sure what happens now insurance wise. Had full coverage. Police said last night the quarter window was busted, the steering column was busted the battery was dead and something was all over the inside. He was thinking wd40. Gonna go check her out this morning to see the damage. Any advice on what happens now. And what I should expect.

So she's still all in one piece. Luckily she wasn't burned on the mesa somewhere.

1. The bezel over the stereo was broken to get the stereo

2. The amp was taken from under the drivers seat

3. One overhead speaker was removed from the sound bar which is halfway hanging out.

4. The driver rear window was broken to get in.

5. And the steering column was torn apart to start the car. Anything of value was taken (flashlights, tow straps, tools, sunglasses etc.

6. They covered it in motor oil inside and out. Tow guys said its for fingerprints. Whatever it's for the oil is everywhere.

So with a new steering column, window, stereo bezel, and deep cleaning of the interior and she should be just fine.

Sadly they will probably want to total her.

They're loud, wear fast, wear unevenly, a ***** to balance, not freeway friendly and over all just suck. I had some 33 procomps on my last rig. When I worked at 4 wheel parts everyone there agreed they suck. The Firestone on carlise and menual advertises buy 3 get the 4th free and I they have the destination mts there in 33/12.5 15. I also heard they're doing away with 33 sizes so they might be on sale. I know we can get the general grabbers thru my work and 35/12.5/15 are $199 a tire for me so I imagine 33s at your cost wouldn't be bad. We can also get Mickey Thompson's

Glad to hear you got it back. If your insurance totals it you might think about buying it back as a salvage. I bought mine back for $500 and put the rest of the money back into it, now its better than it was before my accident. It's not worth anything with a savage title but I don't plan on selling it anyway.

Hey mariowario Thanks for the info...I call Carlise store and the best they would for me was 200.00 over the Pro Crap so I beat on 4wd part and got a set of km2 for 100.00 more than the P/C installed and my spare mounted and balanced. John shot stright with me and said the same thing you said about P/C tires so that was good. Thanks
