A couple issues with my jeep I need advice/help with.
Okay so with the rc cross member you use the factory 2 bolt holes plus the 1 front of it on each side to bolt up the crossmember and side brackets. Well they bolts they provide you suck, they thread in perfectly until you go to tighten em then they just spin, won't get tight. Out of the 6 only 3-4 of em I was able to tighten the rest are on there they won't tighten and one on the left front hole I can't even get to start to thread on. What's a solution I can do fix this? I was thinking A. Retap the holes and use a different bolt or B. Drill some holes and throw some lock washers and nuts on the bolts in the frame rails but that means drilling holes in the frame rail.
What should I do???

Typically they won't send you crap bolts on a bolt on suspension, but I never have bought a single item from RC so I couldn't tell. I heard their kits were becoming less and less quality these days but I cannot imagine they would pull something like cheap bolts.

The bolts they provided were 10m by 1.75. I retapped with a 1.50 and got new bolts. They tightened up first try each I used hand wrenches so I doubt they were over.torqued plus they never got passed snug before they loosened up

Was just wondering where the RC long arm cross member bolts up? I am looking to go to a long arm set up but RC will most likely be low on the list, but am open to what you guys think.
Any help

Based on my experience I would go another route then rc now I see why everyone at 4 wheel parts hates on rc. It uses the factory two bolt holes on each side plus the one unused one in front of them. The front and rear bolts sandwich a bracket that.has two bolts that require drilling into the frame. The rear one you install a crush sleeve and a nut on the other side the front bolt hole you fish a flag nut in the hole already in the frame and run the bolt thru that
