You can do it yourself as long as you have your swr reading around 2.1 the lower the better I tuned my own but I have to do it again changed antennas. Mesa cb and 98th and I40 truck stop does it. If your goin to go that route you might as well have them tune and tweak too

Yea it not too hard, I tied to put a rf gain on my other cobra 19 but I don't think it worked out too good but I haven't really messed with it yet. I know there is a site that I used to get mine I gotta find it again.
