Alright you already at a complete overhaul? And for tow rig I suggested a cummins. Can't go wrong with another inline.

Lol. I mean like full width D60 axles. Coilovers! 44s full caged. I got all in mind already. And tow rig will only be a powerstroke 7.3 liter diesel.

You probly could have afforded a comets overhaul with how much you ****ed with your transmission. 16k would have bought me a decked out jeep and a down payment on a new truck... :/

I don't like the idea of a v8 diesel. Inline is your best choice how many powerstrokes or even duramax are going past getting broke in at 150k. Same goes the the Turbo coupe why didn't Ford use the same idea as that? Hard working rig inline. V8 diesel just doesn't have the same potential. IMO

Iv always been a ford guy and the Powerstroke 7.3 that is has been my favorite truck
But being a semi driver and seeing the potential of a cummins big rig motor and seeing as Powerstroke doesn't have one. It makes you think.
Yes I would get a cummins because they are bullet proof. But my first choice just by opinion and taste would be ford

Fords best motor was the 7.3 diesel from 97 to 01. I have always been a ford guy. My parts owned a couple dodges and had nothing but problems with them. I LOVE the old body style F250/350s so much. And yes I would be stacks on it lol.
