You have what is known as a rich condition. Some o2 sensors, and maybe more are in your future...

A downstream o2 sensor is reading post cat so it saying that something is changing between the upstream and the cat. You could possibly have a clogged cat, a hole or your upstream o2 it reading a lean condition from which to dumping more gas in to comp for the 14.1 fuel/air mixture. But usually the MAS is what controls that. Id look for a possible bad cat and cracked exhaust manifold, loose intake/exhaust gasket. Or even a sensor unpluged. Unplug your downstream sensor and drive it around a see if anything changes it still the same prob just the sensor, but if gets even worse look a possible other stated items.

Does anyone has their cb mounted to their roof? I have my overhead console and I've been thinking about mounting my cobra in it. Idk I'd it will be obnoxiously in the way...?

I've got something on my roof, im pretty sure its for a CB... But i dont know the damn connections to stick an antenna on it.. the other end of that mount from the roof is under the passenger seat.
