This is all i found when I looked up NM OHV Permit
Vehicles that are considered to be OHVs & must be registered:
All-terrain vehicles (ATVs)
Dirt bikes
Off-road vehicles (ORVs, UTVs or Mule type vehicles)
Snowmobiles

It says you need one for the puerco too

Junk yard and clean them yourself. If it was me I would do all the recovery first so its one less step and that more important the a lift. Because what's a lift goin to do when your stuck and have no place to be pulled from.

My major plans for the XJ for this upcoming year are. First off the DS. Then bumpers, lokka lockers, rock sliders, skid plates, and maybe a winch.

Pulling in about 700 every two week, then applied for another job and that was 600 very week but not much free time. Yea ill let you know if I need some help.
