thanks, havent yet am about to do that just ate lunch so back to work, but ill prolly use sheet metal or a piece of abs if i can find a good piece... all the threads ive read suggested using rtv to seal around the new hole not even sure what that is but i was thinkin of jb weld

2.5" is roughly the same size as the throttle body. But it's not a cowl intake either. An rtv is form a gasket. Liquid gasket material etc

Anyone interested in a rubicon t case? Ive got a friend tearing down a rubi. Its the equivalent to a 231 with a sye. Itll work for a newer xj. Lemme know.

Aw dang. That's still a sweet price. How does a JK case work on an XJ, either AW4 or AX15? Never heard of that..?

From reading on naxja and pirate is that it works with either. You have to massage the metal a little in the tunnel as its a little higher and a little lower then the 231 but not like the 242.
23 spline with and electric speedo. And mod the linkage a bit but its mostly a direct swap with little fighting.

From a TJ... I have never heard of a JK... They have different style driveshafts.

Oh **** I didn't even snap that you said jk haha. Apperently it still will work you gotta swap to the 1310 yokes.
