I was at a party Saturday night n in the front yard was a lifted 97+ blue xj with bushwackers on like 32's. It was pretty nice.
I sold the r6 finally!!! Time to get my trans fixed and maybe a swing out bumper...?
We'll see.....

find a remanned tranny online or at a shop somewhere and put it in yourself!
i helped a guy at school do a tranny for his ford ranger we got it out of kentucky for 700 bucks they paid shipping and paid for the broken tranny to get sent back to them like a core credit deal
you can always just find a stocker for sale thats around that price and have a bunch of extra parts! there was one on cl the other day for 900 or like 1200
also got a buddy really in search for some 31's

Nope, junkyard time. Or like Alfraedo said, buy a stocker or a beater for under $1500 and part it out, probably end up with profit.

Yeah but theres no warranty or guarantee with something like that. Just like this past weekend my buddy picked up a replacement trans off cl and i swapped it out for him took it for a test drive and found out he had no second gear at all. If I have them build it they include a 3 yr warranty on everything they replace which is everything except planetary gears drums and the case. They're putting in A shift kit as well. I gave them the go ahead to go threw it. Its an investment but worth it for sure

At this point if you want a stick shift now is the time you hand them an AX-15 from U Pull It lol.

They're just rebuildin the aw4. A 5 speed would be nice but there's alot more work then just handing em a ax-15 and they'd probably charge alot more to do all that work that.
