Why may I ask are you doin it I don't see any structure just adding weight. Since the tank does have bead rolls in somewhat shrinks the metal tighter. If you wanted to make it stronger weld a 1/8 plate to it. I've come down hard on my with no damage maybe a scratch but no dent.
This is the one I am going to get. 14 point mounting.
I have already talked to him about pushing it out a little. He builds then per request. Here is his site.

Cool. Wouldn't mind having like that. Was thinking about making one similar but not as tall. Maybe a 3x6 square tube. Sealing it and using it as an air tank for oba.

I was thinking if I build my own it would be a stubby, but more angled. And if I didn't like it much, I would make some wings to finish it

I dont think you need so much rebar, you would want more 1/8, to protect from puncture. But what program are you using I want ti draw out my plans more than in my head

How long do you plan on making it? A 3x6 rectangle tube 36" Long would only be 2.8 gallons. That's not very much.

rebar at bottom is shown on top of plate steel but should be underneath

New Mexico Roll Call.
It's enuf with the a/c oba to air tires. Don't need a lot. With 140 psi in that 2.8 would be enuf. Don't plan on running an impact or anything. I dunno maybe 4x6. Depends on what I find. That would be 3.75 gal.

ive heard a few things about turning your AC into OBA compressor theres obviously more to it than just adding a hose but i was curious as to what you guys thought about that
