Not yet, shes still my DD. One day when she's retired to just a toy status I'm sure just about everything will be different.

Siders you can remove/replace in an easy maner, and you keep your factory door clearance and body stays intact. if you get one with a tube it can protect the door skin from rock impact on an angle. (but not always )

Boat dides gain clearance and give you a better belly to slide on, while removeing the lower portion and sometimes some of the door, most boat sides dont stick out to protect the door on an angle while gaining more clearence.

I love my sliders, I don't think I will ever do boat sides unless the top/doors come off as I like being warm in the winter... lol just my 5$, anyone have change?

This^^^^^, comparing sliders to boatsides is kind of like comparing apples to oranges. Hardcore competition rockcrawling, boatsides would be a good idea, weekend warrior rig, sliders should more than fit the bill.

that's what I was stuck on its a trail rig only but I don't do the comps, I like the sliders to help you pivot on things I like the boat sides cause you dont get hung up on things

Just got back from another fun day at snakes. The kid slammed his rocker at WW. His friend broke his vac assist 4 wheel trying to go up constrictor. So they had to back down constrictor, while I made a 15p turn.
