i had dw, changed the ball joints which had no play in them with the wheels and tires on. when i got to them both lowers were shot. of course that was right after i did my long arm and steering, so i knew it wasn't track bar, control arms, or tie rod end's...

and i finally found out what was so loose in my steering... stupid "serious offroad products" made me a tie rod end that was reamed too much and wasn't seating the drag link end. i'm not impressed at their product

I am confused by the question... but nothing D30 fits the D44, well a true D44 lol

yeah, I have heard mixed things about it... but have come across a lot of threads talking about how they can have it but don't "carry it in large amounts" and do not regularly stock it lol, Just threw out the most popular places I've come across in my searches. Sextons off-road doesn't list any info about selling metal on there site, but I will call them.

like is there any axle shafts that can be cut to length or that come precut for the D44 that have a 5x4.5 pattern?

or i guess is there a hub that works with the 44 for the same bolt pattern. probably a dumb question but i'm lazy tonight

Nope, the hub center hole is to large for the manual hubs. a 5x4.5 pattern wheel wont fit over the hubs. But you could get adapters for the rear to make them both 6x5.5...

Only real option for a "d44" that has that pattern is the Jeep D44 out of the TJ? or w/e it came out of. its really a D30 with a D44 ring gear, not worth the time or $$ IMO

For a waggy 44 your only option is 6 on 5.5 or putting Chevy outers on it to make it 5 on 5.5...for the rear 44 almost any axle shop can custom make you whatever bolt pattern axle shafts you can think of,
