Well its the bare min for some competition rules so it should be good for me... and wont limit options later.

I am confused by the question... but nothing D30 fits the D44, well a true D44 lol
yeah, I have heard mixed things about it... but have come across a lot of threads talking about how they can have it but don't "carry it in large amounts" and do not regularly stock it lol, Just threw out the most popular places I've come across in my searches. Sextons off-road doesn't list any info about selling metal on there site, but I will call them.

actually a waggy 44 has many options, most are pricey time consuming ones but they do have more options than the EB, FS or chev 44, but the ford and chev 44's are cheaper and easier to build. you can even take a ford HP44 and swap inner C's so you can run the unit bearings and 5 on 4.5 pattern.

just curious, but unless your planning on competing in WERock then 1.5 will due just fine, and save weight since your going to be keeping the body. plus 1.5 looks way better with the XJ body lines IMO

But either way, I don't really care at the end of the day. Just based that off of what I have been reading and the min comp requirements lol

if your thinking of OSRC then 1.5 will pass craig's tech insp.
i just don't want you to put on all that 1.75 then decide it looks like poop and wanna redo it all, then it becomes a waste of money ha ha
