^^^^^ no way!!!!!! Just by posting that pic I now know why my steering wheel was jacked. Damn coil falling out and bent my chit.

I was surprised I didn't see the drag link when I took the pic earlier today. Just the driver shock is gone. It got ripped out one day bogging in the mud. Just a little more bouncey on the driver front. Nothing to crazy. As my wife stated today, glad she was with me when the coil fell out. Now she wants to get more parts to fix the problems we had today. +1 for the coil coming out. Lol.

Well tonight after work I get to take off my steering arms and trade them with my other jeep for now.
Also noticed today when I crawled under the jeep to check DS u joints that the 2 bolts for my trans mount either fell out or broke off.

The shock should not be the thing making the difference between the coil falling out and it being OK. It may be time for some limit straps. Or a better coil retaining apparatus.

the shock's that came with my brother's rc lift are so crappy. they have about 2 inches of play before they slow anything down

I need the coil clips, coil isolaters, shock, and a strap or chain like zack has.
