Hey can any 1 messure the "frame rails" like from the body to the bottom of the frame & how wide each rail is also??? I was thinking of making the mounts go all the way around it kind like this ( LI----o ) so the bolts go all the way through the frame with a backing plate on the inside of the rail!?!?

Cause welding 2 small sections like that will make the unibody around it weaker, & down the road I plan on just reinforcing the whole "frame"! then I'll just cut off the mounts & weld the legs to the FRAME!

This was measured on my 98. From the bottom of the body to the bottom of the frame rail is 3 1/4 inches. The frame rail is 3 1/2 wide,

Ryan, if you want to "box in" your frame you might consider getting some frame stiffeners then you can weld the sliders to those!

Treks are only $120:

Yah I couldn't either, but if I remember right I think they cover most of the strait part of the rail.
