You wont lose anything at the crossmember but needless to say your TC will hang down an inch lower. That was my initial concern with it.

I'll probably just purchase or try to fab a slider for the TC.

You could always just get a TC skid from JCR if you don't want to make one yourself.

That skid looks pretty tough, but I'm not running the factory crossmember, so I dont think it would work for my application. Appreciate the input either way, thanks!

So, is everyone ready for tomorrow?

Of course, I've got to work all day today so tonight I'll be topping off fluids, cleaning her up, packing the cooler, getting wood, etc.

What last minute things are you guys doing?

I changed the oil & spark plugs in her last night! & I'm gonna pack up the coolers & bbq tonight, so I just need to get gas, ice, & go...

well i did my u-joints in the front axle, and then me and by buddy are rebuilding his hubs today gotta love the last minute stuff

ok guys i need some help!!!!!!!!!!! Now that i've lifted the jeep, i have some serious death wobble above 50 mph when i hit a bump in the road. Everything is tight and in its proper place. Any idea's?

Did a once over on the XJ, all the fluids checked, tires good. We're ready to go.

So if your doing 50mph it won't start shaking tell you hit a bump or does it do it almost the whole time?
1st- X2 on the alignment?
2nd- Do you have a TC drop?
3nd- Is your BB a block or shackle in the rear?
