I'd need to regear the front, replaced the brakes, then get a locker, & search for spare shafts!!! with the 8.25 for $150, brakes, a locker, & 8.25 shafts are everywhere!

i swaped out my 35 for the 8.25 it is a direct bolt in. also you can look for a ford 8.8 but it will take some fabing to get it in but they have disc brakes on them. i had one in a 92 xj i had with a arb and i loved it.

hey ryan if you need to regear my buddies just bought mount logan off road in logan and they are trying to get rid of some stuff they hav so they can get you gears for cheap.

nope they are the same you just need wheell spacers they are shorter

i just pulled the rear and it was the same as the front so i didnt have to worrie, im going to regear to 4.56 and just a lockright locker in the rear and thats about it because im considering on selling it and getting a wrangler unlimited this year but i dunno yet
