So I got my new axle I have a set of u bolt new that were for my toyota they are maybe a 1/4" wider then the stock u bolt will they be ok to use?

Are the u-bolts bigger in the bend? It needs to hold the axle tube tight... I've had some that were almost like the bend didn't make them parallel, but it held the axle tube right! As long as you can get them threw the plate that sits on top of the leaf, you should be good!

They were part of a kit so they have a new top plate

Yeap, Old ward canyon/Skyline drive yesterday and Mineral basin the Sunday before. Been a hit and miss wheeling season for most, moneys tight for many of us this year. We still got whats left of summer and Fall though, hopefully we can sneak some more runs in.

We better!! my jeep comes apart next week to get prepped for new suspension and tons. workin 6 days a week, tryin to hang with the girl, work on my swap, spend time with my family, going wheeling is not going the greatest haha. How did the run go yesterday jeff?

Fun, very fun, Old Ward trails not really difficult but mother nature made a couple of the washouts a little more interesting. Kind of a nice liesurely stroll kinda run. Plus it was cooler in temp towards the top, good day!

It was great meeting you yesterday Jeff. That was my first time out since returning from Iraq and made me realize how much i missed it. Good to be back.

that 3rd vid is AWESOME all i can say is that xj owner is probably sitting at home going through receipts seeing what all he has in that jeep and thinking... why did i do that lol i just got passed by a SUBARU

Olly had a huge lead and would have won it. But the bead failure got him. Just glad no one caught fire this year.
