I'm super stoked for Moab, it's all I can think about. I pulled two of the lights off the roof rack and mounted them to the bumper in hopes it'll help light up the trail a little better for the night run. I'm going to aim the remaining two on the rack outward and down and hopefully that will help out the crappy headlights a bit. I still need to replace a rock light but have to wait for payday for that. This is gonna be a fun trip!

Any one have any first hand experience or thoughts on the 12 ton Harbor Freight pipe bender? seems decent... a buddy is selling his (never used) and a tube notcher (also never used) for 65$
Figured i might give it a shot so i can have them when i build my cage......

That's what I have is the hf 12 ton pipe bender. It's not the best by any means but will work, although as u know its for PIPE not tube, so you will have to weld a piece of pipe into the dies to get the ID of the pipe to match the OD of your tube...

Hey Shawn, aren't you running the 8.25? If so I'll have a couple extra shafts handy on the run so you dont need to worry about that.

finished my sliders and installed them. I am now ready for moab on wed....
they use three legs and 14 bolts to the uni frame and 5 to the pinch seam. they should work out just fine. cannot even tell i took ten inches out of them and sleeved them and welded them back together.
