That was an old friend's Jeep. He needed some bigger tires (those are 33s) and lower suspension, but sold it before he did much else with it. It started as a stock red '99. He moved the stock rear window forward and it was hard mounted. There were hinges on the trunk section below the window, so it was functional...pretty unique.

checked it out many times at maaco and once at the TBU rally. that suspension was scary i would have been scared to pull it out of the driveway. but the body work looked good.

They typically don't add a huge difference. Basically the difference in power is probably not going to ballance out the small cost of buying one.

A lot of people say that but there are still so many people that say they want one. I honestly don't think they are worth the 80 but I wouldn't mind having one

its not the cut that really the problem, its the drilling the hole straight and with one drill bit that sucks.

You could give me the 80$ and feel the same amount of difference! spacers work for carberated engines as it gives the poorly distributed fuel more time to mix with the air. on a fuel injected engine it wont make a noticeable difference if any at all. A bored/bigger throttle body would be a wiser move If any.

X2! lol the drilling part is "make or break" as you can always cut it again 1/4" further if it wasn't straight...
