Looks like the boy and I will be going up and playing by the B in bountiful tommorow. Nothing hardcore, more of a let him get the feel for it run.
Anyone else in the same position (new), come join us. Good opportunity to get your rig off the road and start to get the feel for wheeling.
If anyones interested let me know and we'll set up a time and place to meet up.

Picked up a comp 4x4 cam, lifters, chain and gear set, 4.2L crank and rods today... Going to stroke it to a 4.6L shooting for a 260-270HP. Hope it holds together this time LOL

Playing around up by the B today. Tom rocked the stock Bronco and Zach managed to get stuck, haha. Good time for sure!
Thanks for the hookup on the coils Tom, we'll get paid up with ya next time we see ya.

hey tom does this mean we are all gonna have to get stickers that say "almost a bronco recovery team" ? i say almost cause our XJ's don't weigh enough to tow that pig out but we'll at least hook up a strap and take some pics and say we tried

I think there might be some over night trips for the bronco. Like the time Derek got his aunt's blazer stuck

found out my stock gear box is shot today. guess i'll go for a durango box before i get those 35's bummer. i will definitely like that tighter steering and no more sudden drifting all over the road though. got over a quarter of the steering wheel in play

Make sure its not just the pittman arm nut... mine has come loose 3 times and when it does I get about 1/4" turn of play... Fianllu just bought another new nut, put grey lock tight on them, and ran one down real tight, locked it on with the other nut...

When I had my first bronco I had leaf block's on the rear(previous owner) and one shatterd and the driveline took the rear pinion out on hells revenge on the climb right before the Hot Tub's and let's just say my FSB spent a couple nights up there Thank god the shop that ripped Steve off knew a guy with the old M40 buggy and he helped me get my $hit off the trail.
That is why I tow my $hit EVERYWHERE lol!
