Why is the simplest part the hardest part??

Yesterday, most the track bar party was spent cutting out one of the bolts on the old track bar. Today I swapped in some fresh UCA bushings on the axle side. The last radius arm did not quite line up right. So I said hey, I'll shorten it a little and it will line right up! Undo the jam nut and try to turn the arm...no dice. Put a pipe wrench on it and push it with my feet....still no. OK, so I'll pull the other bolt out and take the arm off, and deal with it off the jeep. Take the nut off and tap out the bolt....or not. The bolt is taking full swings of the sledge and not coming out. Seized in the joint. So I put the messed up nut back on and just tweaked it on there....

I am going to fill a pressure washer with anti-seize and just blast the bottom of the Jeep

Anyone not wanting to take Jeff's advice of anit-seizing everything should re-think

The fit was a bit off, I ended up trimming and actually cutting it into 2 pieces and then welding them on and back together as one. but should get the job done without any issues I'll show you tomorrow. Should have saved the stencils... would have been easier to mark the changes needed...

The fronts however should go without a problem (fingers crossed) they look like they are almost dead on
