i have the rubicon express long arms. they haven't failed me yet. i need longer shocks to really see how much it can flex though, but i love them, they are beefy but quite pricey

yeah my re setup is on the inside of the rails instead of below them giving me some good clearance and the crossmember is huge too, you should of seen me trying to put it back on after changing the trans mount lol. like a turtle on its back

I also have this dream of taking a 3x3 C channel and cutting out the bottom of the frame rail, and making the 3x3 open face down, then having the Heim and arm slide in the channel at full flex and be flush into the rail and tuck away, then drop out for full flex LOL, some Ideas...

ok but my delivery fee's are pretty pricey and there is no gaurantee it'll make it to ya without me eating it

Here it is! (complete build here - Rock monkey)
Triangulated or not, radius arms require a track bar to center the axle. The reason for triangulating it is to reduce (greatly) the anti-sway affect inherent in radius arms. Bronco guys who use this type of radius arm often use a "wristed" radius arm to address the anti-sway issue and free up the suspension to flex. By triangulating the frame-side mounts I have freed it to flex, without reducing the strength of the arms by adding a joint. Trust me, it will work. Ask Cody.

Not trying to be mean, but paying for a hotel, gas, food, time off to make a "Trip" out of it I would rather drive 4 hours to Moab or sand Hollow lol Find some cool trail/s and I am sure would could do a day/two run out there.. but its got to be bigger/better then little moab type of **** lol
