Hey, just thought I'd try my luck with this.

Anyone in the KC area have some ole tires for a 16" for sale? Looking for 265/75r16's (32") or something similar.

Why would he pay you enough to get a new set and not just get a new set himself?

That sounds about as sweet of a deal as all the guys trying to sell used A/T's on C/L for $200 a piece. For that I could get new mud tires.

Just looking for a used set of take-offs to mount on my new 16" wheels while I get my lift settled. Once done and I figure out how big of a tire I can run I'll get a new set...

You can go as big as you want... you just might have to trim

Not my cup-o-tea for the DD. I will trim some, but plan on running the stock flares...modified slightly.

How high are you planning to lift it?

Yeah, plan on doing some mild trimming, just not the typical setup with flares removed and fenders cut. I'll be taking the inner well liners out, cutting the front fender under the bumper end caps, maybe the rear rockers, reshaping the flares and putting them back on.

Just hoping to find some cheap tires to run until I'm sure I've got everything bumpstopped and clearance properly. I'm going to run 4.25 BS but the metric 32's are only 10.5" wide, so I'm hoping I can tuck them pretty good.

It'll also help me save some cash so I can get a 4-link and steering setup we talked about

Once I get it the way I want I'll drop dollar on new rubber.

Here is something to look at. Read the whole thread, there is another one she did about cutting the backs. I did it, pretty slick.https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f58/cu...-flares-48847/ and the one on the back https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f58/cu...-flares-60530/

Don't suppose any of you guys have 2 extra 703 injectors lying around after you upgraded? I have 4 already. Figured I'd check here before I hit the U-Pull again.

This week the Durango box gets installed...
