well it started out as a zone 3 inch add a leaf. got crown springs that didn't realize till it was put together that they were the heavy duty version that were 6 5/8 arch plus the add a leaf made it stand way tall in the back. after all is said and done i am sitting right at 5 in the rear and 4 1/4 to 4 1/2 in the front. this is fine by me but its thrown everything way off. too much angle in the rear made it undriveable. installed full SYE and new driveshaft (front shaft from a wrecked xj) it was okay but vibes were really bad. measured my rear angle and what i though to be correct and came out to needing 6 degree shims in the rear. installed them and it is now driveable, but still some decent vibes. the rear shaft still doesn't look right to me angles wise. removed the front shaft to single that out being how i know my front needs some control arms, just torn on whether to do uppers or lowers adjustable. have had many conflicting conversations on the matter. trying to get someone to give a an idea to wrap my head around on the dynamics of the lift. not wanting to drop the tcase for reasons i will keep to myself...

Is the drive shaft maxed out? It looks like it is. I don't think that would cause problems other than limiting suspension travel in a bad way...
You sure its coming from the rear? Try greasing the slip yoke? Looks a little dry.
